Don't quote me on this, but I don't believe that the drivers are available to use a USB modem with an Android tablet. Most of those modems are designed with windows in mind, not android. Sorry.

no, so you think i would not be able to use my internet on the android, do you have any suggestions? i need some internet...

Buy a cradlepoint router from ebay. Make sure it is compatible with your usb stick. It will cost about $70 or so.
