How can I restore original Rom for one x unrooted
phone.
my phone is relock.

Rooting doesn't change the ROM, it just installs a couple of programs. If you flashed a different ROM, the only way to "restore" the original ROM is to flash the original ROM - if you can find one somewhere.

Visit our HTC One X/XL - Android Forums and choose the proper all-things-root area for your device under the Sub-Forums section (there's one for the Rogers & S4, International Tegra 3, and AT&T).

The root folks in your particular carrier's all-things-root area should be able to help you figure-out how to restore your device back to stock.
