Root Installed 2.2 and cant root....

I have rooted this phone before but it was on XP... Not that I have Windows 7 unrevoked gets out to the hboot but it looses the usb connections...

I have installed HTC Sync, I have installed the SDK Tools... Anyone know the answer?

Do you have s-off on your phone? I don't think you are supposed to have HTC Sync installed (?).

Yeah... I have S-Off... I installed HTC Sync because if I dont, it didnt work at all... No USB Drivers...

I believe for usb support I downloaded modified drivers.

If you have s-off you need to get the PB..IMG file and flash from hboot to get clockwork mod recovery back.

My understanding was that he was not getting a drive connection with the PC to put the file on the sdcard so if could be flashed.

you should find a way to hook the sd card to ur computer without a phone, that always helps me..

Why not just download PB... To your phone from the browser? After that boot into hboot and it will flash clockwork for you. I think the clockwork image is available from unrevoked website...
