Installed the update Need help with contacts

I need help recovering my contacts. I installed the update and things seem to be going well but I can't figure out how to get my contacts back into my phone. Can someone please help? Thanks

Update wipes your contacts unless you backed them up with your google account prior to install... did you do that?

I think I did back them up in google. But I don't remember how to recover them

check the link in my above post... basically your contacts had to be saved as "google contacts" and not "phone contacts"

if they are saved as "google contacts" go to settings > data sync > google > menu > sync now
