Root Installed Unrevoked3 what are some good apps

What are some good apps that I would need to be rooted for to use.

Preferebly something that would let me delete factory installed apps

Or do i still need to flash a custom rom to do that?

Here are some "essentials":

Adfree - disables all ads
Wireless Tether - Enables wifi tethering
SetCPU - Change clock speed to your liking
Titanium Backup - Backup apps with data to sdcard
Rom Manager - Backup/Flash/Download ROMs all from app, using ClockworkMod recovery
Quickboot - reboot
Shootme - screen capture

By the way I am not 100% certain if any of these work with Unrevoked3.

I don't know about deleting stock apps, other than flashing a custom ROM.
