Help installer hijacking vulnerability

Palo Alto Networks released an installer hijacking vulnerability checker on Play Store. I have an s4 and s5 both showing the vulnerability. However, I've not been able to find a fix. Has anyone located a fix for this?

My worldwide Galaxy S5, G900F, on the latest OD3 firmware, build date 16th April, does not show this vulnerability...

"Guide: Scan Result: Good new! This device does not contain the Installer Hijacking vulnerability"

Therefore, it would appear that Google or Samsung have fixed this on the latest Lollipop build releases. Besides, it is only a theoretical vulnerability and my best suggestion would be to stick to only installing apps from the Play Store and not indulge in 3rd party apps.
