Root Installing CWM Help!

I wont go into the idoitic story of behind how I got to the point of needing this help. Here is my problem. The phone boots and all I can see is my statusbar. The dropdown for the statusbar is also unusable. I have erased CWM from my phone and I have a stock recovery that does absolutely nothing. The problem is that now I cannot access google play or any apps for that matter. Also I have no real recovery. And to top it off there is no way from me to go into usb internet connection. Is it possible to push CWM with say android commander? I can get it to read at startup. If so, then how? If I can get CWM I do have a backup to turn to. Thanks**!

* EDIT: Or if anyone knows a way to force the phone into usb internet connection mode I could manage from there too.

Nevermind I figured it out. If someone runs into a similar instance and I just had to think about it. Android Commander forces the phone into internet connection at startup so I just opened it and let it do its thing then I ran the AIO for installing CWM...yay, it works...that was a close one.
