I'm hoping this is the right place to put this and i'm hoping someone can help. I found a dialer on XDA that I wanna install but I dont know how! The Zip file has 2 folders (META-INF and system). What do I do with them? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know for sure, but usually you just flash them just like you flash a theme or rom. Install the .zip from clockwork. That is how I installed my battery meter and such. When you flash those two folder, it basically just writes those files over the existing ones. Make sure that the dialer is made for the version you are on. I wouldn't install a dialer made for 2.1 on to a 2.2 and vice verse unless the creator has tested it and said it works.
