Help Installing new sd

bought a new sd card. How can I transfer everything over. Copying and pasting the files over and then putting it in doesn't work unfortunately.

What I've done in the past is to mount the phone as USB storage with the old SD card in it and copy the contents of the SD card over to your desktop. Once the new SD card is in the phone, remount it as USB storage and copy the contents back over to the new SD card.

Yeah but after doing that i try to open a specific app and it says 'app isn't installed'. I don't know how to fix it? besides putting the old sd back in of course.

Edit: it seems to be only one. A game called paradise island.
