Installing Samsung Kies error

I cant install Samsung Kies on my computer can anyone help me. Tried almost everthing and no help. on half installation shows me error "BackupRestoreLib.dll register error" and much more .dll errors after that when i start Kies it says "Some files are corrupted. If problem persists,please reinstall the program" and i did that few time tried to download older version but didnt help. Also tried to clean up registry with CCleaner. Restarted computer completly uninstall all samsung apps and deleted all samsung folders and install them again but still nothing..can someone help me please.
