Help Installing update issue

My phone HTC m8 is telling me i have an update I have to download and install. I can download the file but when i try to install it i get the following error:

Can anyone advise how to fix this?

I'm guessing a bad download then...?

Ask it to retry the download again if you can.

It is the current system that has unexpected contents.
I'm wondering if the phone and download are for 2 different regions.

Hmm, and a search for "OTA_M8_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_TC_Europe_4.16.401.13-4.16.401.10_release_446191.zip" doesn't return any results...(I tried a few variants of that string, too, with no luck).

Scratch that last post .

Looks like I had a character or two mangled / missing (the right portion of the screen shot was obscuring a key character or two).

A Google search for a shorter string of "OTA_M8_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_4.16.401" shows lots of results but doesn't include the key parts in red below from the original string:

"OTA_M8_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_TC_Europe_4.16.401.13-4.16.401.10_release_446191.zip"

So, still can't pin-point anything re. that specific release...
