Help insufficient memory

I'm getting an insufficient memory error every time I download an app. I've installed a brand new memory, I've reformatted my phone and still I get the same error code and usually have to reinstall the app several times before it will work.....any ideas?

i got that yesterday twice for the first time ever.

i dont know what the cause is because i have plenty of storage left.
