Help Insufficient space

Hello I'be got really big problem ... I have updated my android HTC one m8 to latest and after it I can not download anything online. Amn't available to capture screen even though imI've got around 6 gigs on internal storage and 10 gigs on my ad card could you help as quick as possible please I really need my phone back to work
 
It doesn't download at all and when i try to capture screen it says:can't take screenshot due to limited storage,or it is not allowed by the app or your organisation . That's all it says
 
I cleared cache but didn't realy help... Same problem again can't take screenshots and when trying theme app which came with the update it says same that there is no space
 
Internal storage is shared with the /data partition.

Move everything from internal storage to your pc and erase the internal storage to ensure it's not some corrupted files there.

If it still won't work you'll probably need to try a factory data reset.

Which is going to be a real pain if you can't get Helium Backup installed.
 
I have hard resseted my phone had nothing much on it realy cause i have music , photoes and others on sd card , but still no help could you suggest something else?
 
Thanks all for trying to help me I got the fix in the internet it just needed to download terminal on rooted phone and gave me an easy fix with only 2 code to write. Thank you for trying could someone close this discussion cause Im new here
