Help Insuffient Storage Error

Well, updated the cyanogen mod version and now I have the infamous insufficient storage crap. I have 136 mb of 148 available. I have searched for about an hour to find a possible solution. Wiped cache in recovery. Nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions on what to try?

Yes.
Remove existing SD Card after backing it up.
Download Minitool Partition Wizard Home edition - split your SD card and create new partition of 1Gb using format EX2
Replace SDcard in phone
Download S2e app and set option to move apps and Dalvik cache
Move all apps to Internal
Reboot
I did this yesterday and my internal space went from 12Mb to 76Mb!

Except ext3 or ext4 better than ext2, and GParted much more reliable than Minitool (that's the polite version - if SUroot sees this you'll get a more robust opinion )

Fair enough but it worked for me no speed issues with EXT2 which I've seen recommended elsewhere and as I said - I kept my data!
YMMV of course!
