Insurance for Nexus one UK

Hi All

Anyone in the UK put insurance on this device? if so how? and who with?

I haven't but would like to. I also looked around for when I purchased my iPhone 3GS but most people said they took it out with their provider (contract based). I'm on PAYG with o2 and I called them up and they don't offer insurance for PAYG customers.

I am with LloydsTSB bank and they actually offer mobile phone insurance on their Silver account (

I have a Halifax Ultimate Reward account including mobile phone insurance. They accepted this phone fine.

I just use my home insurance. It will cover for mobile phones so I'm good with that.

Phoned up my house insurer today and they won't cover any mobile phone.. As there's a market for insurance separately, they won't cover it - nice!

Natwest do cover, but to get the cover value of the phone, I'd be paying
