I have a few questions about insurance

1) my warranty void sticker is broken is asurion still going to replace it

2) I heard somewhere that they no longer have incredibles,is this true, if so what are my options if I do get the replacement

In my experience they can be reluctant to replace an item with a broken warranty void sticker. They will just turn round and say you have done the damage.

If they can't offer you the exact same replacement they will offer you the closest match in term's of price and specification.

can always call and ask too, they can be helpful, surprisingly.

Depends when you call as to what phone they offer, either going to be an inc1 or 2, or possibly a droid x.
