I lost my EVO a couple weeks ago. I just wanted to share my experience with everyone. It was a really good one. I went to phoneclaim.com to go through the questions, it was simply and easy process. They actually sent out the phone about 2 days after I put the claim in. Received it about 3-4 days after making the claim. Was very surprised it came that quick considering how hard it is for people to find the EVO.
 
Thats good to hear. Glad it worked out well for you. I have used Sprints insurance twice in the past... it worked great (fast and easy) both time for me.
