Spotted some interesting looking battery covers on the net, they appear to be the normal plastic part with a ripe layer of transparent and colored rubber on it, making it a kind of grip.
Not sure what to make of it, I was just looking to get the one with the Galaxy SII badge on the back instead of the Samsung one I have.
I don't think these will work in conjunction with any case.
