Help Intermittent Error

I keep getting the error "Sorry an error occurred. Please try again. If the error persists there may be an error with the file you’re trying to access." Pop up. It does it across applications, so I don't know what file it's trying to write or what is doing the writing. The only thing I can think I've done is that my Yahoo mail ap kept freezing so I removed and reinstalled it, but I'm not sure that it's causing it.

Is there a way I can find out what file is causing this error, like a log somewhere or something. Or is it maybe just time for a factory reset?

If it's across multiple apps, I would guess that a core Android apk got corrupted. I'm assuming you've restarted?

I'm not sure it's across multiple applications. My assumption is that there is one thing trying to write that error in the background, so I see the message during whatever application.

But to answer your question, yes I have restarted a couple of times.

What exactly are you doing when this happens?

That's the thing, I haven't been able to identify one thing that seems to be triggering it. Sometimes I'll be in e-mail, sometimes a game, and sometimes it will pop up over my home screen.
