Help Internal clock set wrong?

I just noticed that files on my SD card have their timestamps set 7 hours in the future (and yes I am in a GMT -7 time zone).

Anyone know how to fix this?

maybe a similar issue but i noticed if i turn off push notifications, i get a automatic time zone error which tells me then Eastern Time zone is -6:00, which it is actually -5:00
