internal&external memories are damaged

i have sumseng s i9000 phone i do factory reset on my phone after that my mobile shown the memories are damages like internal is damaged and external is do not shown
and after that is softwared that, and also did show to hardware engineer he said that is not fixing and tell one thing more that i will do something for you it mean i will change your PHONE (AC) and it could be death that your mobile what shoud i do plz make me understand

but i'm a little confused on what you are trying to say, so let me try and understand:
you did a factory reset and now you can't boot up your phone? is your phone rooted? how do you know that the memory is damaged? are you talking about your internal and external sd card?
