Help internal mass?

AT&T Captivate . First day errors .

Well it keeps likes turning off. Well directing it self to the main screen "locked" once i unlock it. It says on the top internal mass and something else. Randmly does it. As well i can connect it to a pc..

But it sounds to me like you might want to take your phone back to the store and see about exchanging it for a new one, sounds like you may have gotten a bad unit.

I see that alot of other people have the same problem. I'm going to return it for a another one. but if someone knows how to fix it. that would help as well.

The internal mass note should be the phone reading the internal sdcard and external sdcards for media. As for the shut off, I would take the phone back and get another...
