internal memory full

hi..
i own android brand spice mi280.
internal memory 160mb.
i have rooted it and installed link2sd
moved almost all apps to sd.
only 3 small apps in internal memory around 20mb.
deleted sms call log, used cache cleaner etc.
still only 18mb left in internal memory.
I feel that some unwanted apk or data left in the internal memory.
Explain me where usually they are located.
please don explain how to make sd card as internal memory or how to move apps from internal mem to sd card. i already did that..
please help me...

Have you wiped dalvic and cache? even though you move the programs dalvic will still show it in the system. also do you have the ability to move dalvic cache over to the sdcard?

i dint delete dalvic and cache..
i dont know if i delete or move such files whether my device work..
