Help Internal Memory Low

So I have rooted my Admire and thought that the phone was all set to go. I used Titanium Backup to remove all the MetroPCS bloatware yet I keep getting a notification telling me that my internal memory is running low.
+++ [System ROM: 187 MB (37.1 MB free), Internal: 206 MB (51.7 MB free)] +++
I have tried following directions for installing a custom ROM from Youtube but most aren't clear and one was said to be a video deliberately created to "brick" the phones of those who have followed his steps. I am not very tech savvy so if at all possible I would be interested in knowing what it is I need to do in order to install a custom ROM and how to use it.

If your memory is to low download cache cleaner and use titanium back up to clear up dalvik cache

Hey try this as well. I just found this out using the paid version of titanium back up. If you see an app that says (update) next to it, hold your finger on it to have a menu come up. Next select intergrate update in to system rom . and just watch how much memory comes back I have four full pages of apps now and still have 87.8 mb left:D

are you on 2.3.4 or 2.3.6?

the 2.3.6 has a glitch that will always say low memory...stupid really...but that's why its not got Samsung support and was yanked off the site.
