Internal Memory MIA

According to my 2.2 updated handset I have 185mb of internal memory. I have 35mb of apps installed, the rest are on the SD card but I only have 20mb -15mb free which causes issues and apps like Talk won't work.

How can I check what is in the 185mb ? I want to see what is using the space. I have temp root access, I've got Android System Info, App 2 SD, Titanium Backup and Astro so had a good look around. I can see everything but I don't understand where to look for internal memory.

I've checked my contact storage, thats 388k.

Great app, thanks. Clear dvailk (?) memory, got 10mb back and found two rouge apps (Opera ! and RockPlayer) which were reported by everything to be on SD card but weren't or were but also old copy left on phone. They were 20mb combined, 30mb in total so phone is usable. I'm still not sure where all the mem has gone but it helps for sure.

Go through applications and see if they have a large cache usage. If possible, set a ower cache allowance in the applications settings (I have, for example, set my internet cache very low instead of the 8MB (I think) it uses with standard settings.
