i was checking through my ace 2 when i saw that the device only had around 2.30 GB (1.20 system storage and 1.10 usb storage) of storage and only 555 RAM. but when i cheked online it says 4 gb of storage and 768 RAM. is there something wrong with my ace 2?

check yours in active applications(hold home button and press task manager)>RAM/storage or in settings>storage

The storage given in specs isn't user storage but overall storage, so the operating system uses a chunk.

Similar story for the RAM, the phone will constantly use RAM while it is operating.

Nothing wrong with your phone mine shows similar figures
