Root Internal SD and storage will not mount after rooting

I rooted my nook about a week ago and now I noticed that when connected using USB cable to my Win7 PC it will not mount the internal storage or SD card. It will sound the USB device connected sound and thats it ( Auto-mounting and USB debug enabled and disabled several times, PC rebooted as well)
I can still move data ove WIFI using ES File explorer.
Any ideas ?

never mind, got it
You have to push the n button to get it in to USB mode.

completely back to stock, 1.0.1

just re registered and still it wont mount and let me view it in 'my computer' wth

so apparently the cord is just whack... used the cord from my phone and it mounted fine... go figure
