Help Internal sd card not mounted

Hey,
i turned on my phone today, and found that my internal and external sdcards are nit mounted, they do nit appear in the root explorer app or other apps that need access to them.

In the storage category in the settings menu it only shows the space reserved for apps, and nothing else.

Has anyone encountered this problem before and can help me?

I have the EXACT same problem, PLEASE tell me how you dealt with it man, would be very great.
