Help Internal sms forbidden.

Hi guys!

Been using the whatsapp on my desire z for a while now without any trouble at all.
A couple of days ago I accidentially uninstalled it. Installed it over again, but when I try do to the sms verfication required to start the app, the phone gives me an "internal sms forbidden" error msg..

This obviously wasn't a problem the first time I installed whatsapp. I haven't touched any settings regarding sms, and honestly - I can't figure out what could be wrong.. I even tried reseting the entire phone without luck..

Anyone got any bright ideas?

oh btw.. I just uninstalled and tried installing whatsapp on my older xperia mini pro.. same thing there.. "internal sms forbidden"

so I reckon it's a whatsapp issue then..?

I just uninstalled and reinstalled WhatsApp and it works fine on my DZ. I assume you have rebooted the phone after the uninstall..?
