internal storage memory problem

hello friends.i am new to the forum.i owned s2 of a year back.i am running ics 4.0.4 xxlq5.couple of weeks before my phone internal storage dropped to 4.11gb instead of 11gb.i tried all the possible way including factory reset,whipe etc..please help me to figure out my problem.expecting a positive approach from all the geek.
