Help Internal storage shortage???? Help please.

I have so many problems with my phone after the update. But one of the most annoying has to be... Very frequently I get a notification that me internal storage space is low. And I move apps over to my sd card . Then if I update any apps the notification will pop up again. I don't have. alot of apps so . I'm very confused to why this is happening. Anyone have any idea??????

how much internal memory do you have? how many apps do you have? i would try one of the cache cleaning apps from the market. also have you tried and power off then reboot?
