Root [International] 4.3 Jelly Bean for GT-I9505

Does anyone know if Android 4.3 Jelly Bean firmware for Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 is out? I'm not rooted.

It is out already as a pure Google (ie. not Samsung) ROM
However, it is not on general release (OTA/Kies) so you would need flash it manually
