Root [International] 4.3 update in a zip?

So I'm rooted and would like to update to 4.3 without unrooting. I know I can't use TWRP to install the OTA update but I'm pretty sure I can install a zipped version of the update for a UK Voda One.
Anyone know if it's been put online yet?
Thanks in advance

It would be easier to simply flash a custom Rom. ARHD and maximus are a couple good 4.3 roms.

In order to make an OTA work, you'll need to be 100% stock Rom,with all bloat in place and running the correct recovery, radio and other firmware. If you're s off,you can run an ruu and ota, then re-root after, but its considerably easier IMO to just go the custom Rom route.

thanks scotty, I flashed Cyanogenmod via Odin on my SGS2 last year so may flash CM & Gapps using TWRP.
My issue is that I don't have access to a Windows PC as my house is all OSX so its tricky to back up photos etc

I don't have any experience with that,so I'm not of much use there :o

You may be able to back things up to an sd card or USB stick with a USB OTG cable, and not need to use a computer at all :)
