Root [International] Best resource for SGH-I747M root?

No matter how much I search I just get more confused.

Is there somewhere current that has the info that I need?

It's a Canadian Telus phone that I unlocked and now use on Bell if it makes any difference.

Bell is the network carrier I am with in Canada but the phone was originally a Telus phone.

I am with kodoo and I have Samsung SGH-I747M, currently I have version 4.4.2, I would like to unlock with downgrading version 4.1.2, where can I download 4.1.2..?
