Root [International] Best Root Method For Galaxy s3 w/4.1?

I've never rooted a phone and I believe there are several methods for rooting the s3. Can you recommend a simple method that doesn't trip the flash counter so I can easily unroot if I need repairs?

(Galaxy s3 with OS 4.1.2 in England, Vodafone)

Cf root by chainfire, all will trip the flash counter. However this can be reset with triangle away. Look in the i9300 forum on xda and read the stickies

To unroot it you just flash an original factory rom onto it. Use triangle away first though because it needs root to work.
