Root [International] Change dropdown taskbar

The Note 2 dropdown taskbar has very big icons and text so the screen is almost unusuable when reading notifications

so i wanted to know if anyone knows of a mod or way to make the icons and notifications smaller

My phone is rooted so im open to all mods
