Root [International] Connection with with the server on kk carbon kk 4.4.2

I just tried out the carbon ROM and installed the standard 4.4.2 google apps, then i reboot the phone and it initiates with its Initial setup process than I encounter this issue that tells me about the connection with the server.
Couldn't sign in
How can I resolve this issue? :what:

Hmm not sure mate. What date of build did you flash?
If you use google+ the Team Carbon community is very active so you could ask on there :thumbup:

Oh I forgot the date... It's the 4-09 version of kk carbon.

I have this other issue with this ROM now, I have no access to google play store, I can not sign in, and now I can not use not even the poweramp music app because it is requesting me to sign in Google play store to verify the license that I purchased.



How can I resolve this annoying issue.
