After the last updae to my Gs4 to Android 4.3 , every time need to create a contact tbe device freez and give this massage " unfortunately , contacts has stopped" .I can't save any contact now.
Hmmm .. I suspect, at the end of the day, you're going to need a factory reset.
Before you do that, ensure that you have all of the Google sync options set, that they've been sync'd and everything else you might need backed up. I'd double check that your contacts and calendar entries have been saved in your google account (you'll need to login via your browser).
