Root [International] CWM Recovery doesnt have option to install .zip

My phone is rooted via this method:
How to Root U.S. and Canada Galaxy S3 SGH-T999/SGH-I747/SPH-L710! [Fail-Proof][Noob-Proof][U.S. Cellular] | Galaxy S3 Root

And I want to install the stable version of CyanogenMod 10 but when I boot into the recovery the only options available are:
Reboot system now
apply update from external storage
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
apply update from cache

Which I know, this isn't the CWM Recovery screen, I have wiped/factory reset the phone and tried rooting again, and it lets me install superSU from .zip, but when I reboot after installing that and attempt to install Cyanogen the described screen above is what I get.

Any help would be appreciated, I've searched but can't find a solution for my problem.
Thanks.

If you're rooted just install rom manager from the playstore and flash CWM.

Only the MetroPCS S3 is the list when trying to flash CWM using the rom manager.
when I attempt to just install ROM from sd card using the rom manager it reboots the phone into the recovery mode but gives me an error and aborts the install
E:unkown volume for path [SDCARD:/cm-10.0.0-d2att.zip]
E: cant mount SDCARD:/cm-10.0.0-d2att.zip
Installation aborted.

Well I'm not sure which s3 you've got but there should be more listed in rom manager then just metro.

Check their site out, scroll down to gs3 and hopefully yours is listed. If all else fails try goomanager and go twrp. It's better imo anyways.

I had the same problem earlier.. You basically need to install CWM everytime you want to use it. Flash your phone, take your battery out, then back in, and boot the phone into recovery mode. That should work.

I had the same problem with that method. Make sure "auto reboot" was unchecked on Odin and take the battery out and turn it back on in recovery mode.

i have the same problem with you.MY phone is gst7270 which is samsung galaxy ace3.Mine wasn't cwm recovery too. Actually you can just tap apply update from external storage which means you can install zip there!
Hope it's helpful to you.
