Meh, hijacked the thread last week so why not tonight.....

Happy New year to everyone in the s4 root and those who have left us but can't keep their noses out ;-)

Hope it's a good one everyone :-)

I really really wanna use it, and there are some things i can go without on 4.4.4 such as music toggle in quick selection panel and 2g/3g toggle etc, but I hate not having long press home for torch on lockscreen :-(

Until we get these mods, I'm sadly sticking with your kitkat version Dan!

Lol, I do kinda miss using back to kill, but i had stop as my soon to be 2yr old son kept killing mxplayer when watching films so I've stopped using it(actually i have pie come up with long press back to kill.Lol) what i really want is a white list option like wanamxposed offers.

Either way kitkat Rom just too good and feature rich to down grade to lollipop, yet.....

Tsk. Stuck in your ways, you lot....

Not fully stuck Syd. Flashed LP but had problems usb cable got really hot buggered usb port. Sound went and just kept on freezing. The tech place put 4.4.2 back on but a knox version. But SU manged to disable it.

So not going to flash a rom for a while

Lol I knew you were, I was just posting in the hope someone could do something about my problems(phone, not me :-D)

I'm finding the older Googymax 1.2.5 better for battery than the 1.2.6 packaged with the latest version of the ROM. Anyone else found the same?

Edit: but performance is perhaps suffering....

I haven't touched the kernel, mainly because my battery life is currently exceeding all expectations. I get over 12 hours of battery with moderate use (an hour of phone calls, perhaps 50 texts, random web surfing, a few facebook checks and maybe an hour of gaming). I greenify a lot of apps that tend to cause wakelocks

Edit: I'm using the 05/01 build

There is a new build as of today (12th)
I recommend you get your flashing boots on.
