Actually as a beginner I'm getting a little confused. This is the PA I'm going to install: pa_i9300-4.0-BETA3-20140120 I got it from here: Goo.im Downloads - Browsing i9300 But am not sure if it's kitkat, I hope so though...!!

And if it's kitkat, can I go for this from the goo site: pa_gapps-stock-4.4.2-20140201-signed ?

Is it any good?
If you use G+ you should join the Paranoid Android community on there. There are a lot of rude people in that community including a couple of the devs but its better than XDA imo

Yes seems a bit better than 3.99, at least aesthetically.

But there seems to be some missing things like the unavailability to remove the Google search box in the home screen or to set the rows & colums like with 3.99, and some buttons on an application that won't respond, even after a re-install. Will go and ask them maybe they know something.
 
Have they maybe included a different launcher? I always use Nova Prime launcher no matter what rom i use so my homescreen doesnt change when i switch roms :thumbup:
 
Cool. If you install Nova, you can "import" your current setup to it.
Its well worth buying Prime for the extra features plus the dev is an Android Forums guy :beer:
