Root [International] Getting Update on rooted phone

Hi all

I did last 1 whole week with my Note 3 un-rooted to make sure all was fine with it!!
I use to run Omega rom on my S3 so I just updated that when it was when Indie release updates, but
now that my Note 3 is rooted and I'm still running the stock rom and happy with it with my personal tweaks.
But once 4.4 is out how for the N3 how do I upgrade to 4.4?

Find an update file for your model of the N3 (careful - there are more versions out there than Koalas in Oz) and flash/Odin it.
