So besides the regular apps that everyone should have after rooting such as Titanium Backup, ROM Manager, ES File Explorer, etc. what are some of the must-have apps out there for a rooted device? Let's share!

Ad free Android is a must for me, as well as Sixaxis controller which I use to bluetooth connect my ps3 controller for emulators

NovaLauncher is a great launcher alternative to the stock. It pretty much looks exactly the same, performs exactly the same, but gives you more options. Options like # of screens, # of icons on the screen, scrollable dock, and more.

My favorite ICS app I've found so far. It isn't on the market yet so here is a link to it on XDA:

Are there any apps out there for controlling LED notifications, like changing the color, etc. Also, Any tethering apps out there that anybody would recommend that actually is confirmed to work with the gnex and ics?

Lightflow will let you change LED colors. Per mod request, no discussion on tethering apps.

Doesnt require root, but check out Volume+

Set Volume at +8 with Treble Boost and it really improves the speaker!
