[International / GSM] During setup "this phone belongs to"

I unlocked the bootloader, which wiped my phone, I knew this would happen...but upon re-activating my phone after entering my google account and agreeing to location stuff it asked me "Who this phone belongs to" with a box for my first name and a box for my last name.

Is this normal? If it is I apologize for wasting your time...

I have never seen this before and I had my Droid X rooted and modded.

Yeah, it's normal.

It got the info from your Google Account you just typed in before that.

Haha, early morning reading comprehension fail.

Yes, that's a normal part of the setup process. It usually populates it automatically with info from your Google account, but in some circumstances you will need to manually type it in.
