[International / GSM] galaxy nexus network sim unlock pin

i purchased this phone from hong kong and it is asking me for a network sim unlock pin. i purchased a code from cellphoneunlock.net but it didn't work. i do not have a password on my sim so it is not that. i have searched around a bit and wasn't able to find an accurate solution for my problem. any help would be greatly appreciated.

your phone should be from docomo japan
which get sim locks

so its why they are so cheap
range from hkd 2800 - 3300
(i also live in hk
i bought mine at 2650 hkd)

you have waste ur $$ to buy code from that website
which is unnecessary and useless
