Hi I was just flashing another Rom and decided to wipe the system before I started but this wiped all the roms from the internal SD! I had a nandroid backup but that has also gone:eek: I have tried using the GNex toolkit v7.4 to try and push a rom onto my fone but no go it wont even show as connected on my pc! I have tried a hard reset but it just goes in to recovery so if anyone has got any ideas let me know cheers just incase it makes any difference im using TWRP recovery

or should I cut my losses and put it on fleabay as bricked?

There are two options you can do at this point:
1)Flash a factory image through fastboot to go back to bone stock
2)Using adb, push a rom file and gapps through adb commands to the device from a computer and then flash them in twrp. twrp has an adb daemon which will make this possible. Another guide just did this a day or two ago. This should get you started if you go this route.
