[International / GSM] I may have bricked my Galaxy Nexus..

Hey guys, I'm kinda new to this flashing thing.

In the process of flashing my unlocked GSM GNex to 4.1, I originally flashed the CDMA version. It worked fine, except that there was no cell signal. The problems came when I tried to flash a GSM version of 4.1, and I realize I made few errors;

The version I found was a nandroid flash, so I installed the TWRP. After several attempts to flash using that, which all failed, I then took the drastic (and stupid) step of erasing the already installed ROM. As a result, there is nothing to boot to, and the phone is stuck at the Google loading screen, and it is not recognized by the Android File Transfer for Mac. Is there anything at all that can be done to resuscitate it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I realize I made a boneheaded mistake...

You sure you don't have an old, pre-existing rom on your sd card you could reload? Maybe one you forgot about?

If not, don't worry you're fine. You can use the method mentioned in this thread:

You'll need the sdk for adb usage. We listed the filename of su.zip for that guy but you can do the same thing with any rom. Get it to the sd card, then goto recovery and flash it. Use a known, good stable one this time.

Absolute worst case scenario, you can fastboot flash the stock images back to the phone as outlined in the stickies of the root forum. That's a little more invasive so it'd be nice if you could use adb to push a rom to the card as your first option.

Thank you so much for your reply. I had almost sold it for $150, before I tried your suggestion and gave it another shot. I loaded a working Jelly Bean ROM and it is better than ever! You have no idea how much I was pissed off at myself for doing such a stupid thing when I thought I bricked it last thursday.
