[International / GSM] Nandroid files - getting them to my computer..

Still new to the rooting stuff but I had another quick question.

So I have root, have downloaded ROM manager and used it to back up my current ROM.

1) is this backup of my current ROM a full nandroid backup?
2) the files save to the sd card of my phone, but I would like to also copy them to my laptop to have - how would I go about doing this.
3) is there a better/more efficient way to make nandroid backups.

You can move them from your phone to the CPU with a file explorer on the SD. You can also use something like wifi file explorer but I have had issues with larger files corrupting over it you could also dropbox the nandroid backups.

You can just use your USB cable to transfer the files to your computer if you want.
