[International / GSM] Over clocking MIUI?

I've been having issues with miui and lag for awhile. So I'm figuring that I might have to over clock. Can someone recommend speeds?

Have you tried a clean re-flash and cleaning up the internal SD?

I recommend troubleshooting until you figure out why you have the lag. MIUI should run nice and smooth for you.
