[International / GSM] Rooted 4.0.4

I have a rooted nexus with apex cusom rom i like the apex work and was wondering how do i go about installing 4.0.4 as there is a stock 4.0.4 rooted image but if i install it will get rid of apex ?

Go into recovery, wipe and flash the stock rooted zip. You'll lose Apex and all the extra features though. The Apex dev is promising a 4.0.4 update of Apex pretty soon though so it may be worth holding tight if you like it
